Ultrasonic extraction
Conventional hot-water steeping recovers roughly 40–60% of a botanical's actives and degrades the rest. Ultrasonic extraction changes the maths. It is the process behind Dizba Saffron Extract and the Tarvand extract range.
High-frequency sound waves create microscopic bubbles in the solvent. As they collapse they rupture the botanical's cell walls.
Actives are released without the heat of conventional steeping, so crocin, safranal and picrocrocin survive intact.
Every 15 ml bottle carries a consistent, measured dose, the same colour and strength from the first drop to the last.
